To thrive, the communities we serve need more than basic electricity access.

Historically our distribution network’s sales focused primarily on solar lights. Since 2016 we’ve been expanding our product offering to include cookstoves, water filters, pressure cookers, solar fans and more.

We also responded proactively to the changing electrification status in some markets, and the need to remain relevant for our customers in the event of mass electrification.

We’re dedicated to offering products that best suit our customer’s needs and have a rigorous testing and trialling process for new products and product lines, which takes 3-6 months. This includes a needs assessment, procuring the most appropriate product based on a set of criteria (affordability, durability, portability, supplier reliability, servicing availability, etc.), providing existing customers with demonstration products for them to use and test, obtaining feedback from those customers and then launching a closely monitored trial.
