Pollinate Group empowers marginalised women in India and Nepal as entrepreneurs so they can earn an income, learn valuable skills, and step into leadership roles. The ripple effect of this change helps lift generations out of poverty and ensures communities have increased resources and are resilient to the impacts of climate change.

Join our program dedicated to creating lasting change aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Fellows engage in collaborative initiatives that use their skills and knowledge while valuing local and indigenous knowledge of the beneficiaries Pollinate Group works with.

By becoming a fellow, you will be joining a community that is committed to development issues.
