Empowerment

At the heart of our work is a dedication to empowering a network of confident and resilient micro-entrepreneurs. We work with marginalised communities with limited resources and training opportunities. We are focused on creating intergenerational change in the communities we work in.

Impact

We have a strong focus on measurement and evaluation so we can understand our impact and ensure our work is generating tangible outcomes. We have a proven track record having grown our network to 2250 women, reached over 850,000 people and reduced 1.7million tonnes of CO2e through the distribution of solar products.

Experience

We have over 12 years experience working in a diverse range of informal urban settlements and rural areas. Our operational teams are directly connected to the communities and women they support. We have developed a robust business model and an experienced management team and Board who support us to innovate.
