COVID-19 is increasing inequality
The situation for the communities we serve in India and Nepal is serious. Families we have worked with for years now face food and water shortages. Without identification, literacy or bank accounts, government packages will not reach these people. COVID-19 is fast increasing the inequality gap, but Pollinate Group exists to serve the hardest to reach.
COVID-19 doesn’t discriminate, people do
Empathy and compassion keep prejudices in check. Take the time to understand how to help the helpers — the people and the organizations who have been working with neglected communities for years.
Social distancing is a privilege
Pollinate Group equips women in India and Nepal to lead their communities out of poverty. However, COVID-19 and lockdowns are increasing the challenges we are working to solve across poverty, gender inequality and energy access. The privileged amongst us have a moral responsibility to support those less privileged.
